Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes - succulent and stout broiled tomatoes stacked with Parmesan cheddar. So natural to make, idiot proof and astounding!

We have quite recently come back from a stunning excursion in focal Vietnam. I can hardly wait to share my total involvement here with you yet something that we altogether delighted in was the nourishment served at our lodging.

Each morning, we were blessed to receive an astonishing smorgasbord breakfast with various dishes. One of the dishes that I totally delighted in was the Parmesan broiled tomatoes.

Delicious, ready and stout cooked tomatoes bested with liberal Parmesan cheddar. They were great to such an extent that I needed to make them upon my arrival.

  •  6 small tomatoes, halved
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  1 pinch salt
  •  ground black pepper to taste
  •  1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Rinse the tomatoes and sliced into halves. Toss gently with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the tomatoes on a baking dish, and top with Parmesan cheese. Roast the tomatoes for about 15-20 minutes or until the Parmesan cheese melted and the top is slightly browned.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
