A Crab Salad Sandwich was one of my top choices I used to arrange as a child in sandwich stores. We would go to Subway and I was generally so eager to get it that one day my mother went to the market, discovered it in the fish office and enthusiastically returned home to make sandwiches at home for us with this astonishing fish and mayonnaise combo.

The flavor and cherished recollections you have from being a child are generally so brilliant, I have consistently had nostalgic responses to sustenance I used to appreciate as a child. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound imitation crab krab meat
  • 1 shallot minced (you can use red onion if you need)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients together gently, stirring until well coated.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
