These Marshmallow Ghost Cupcakes will make for an overly fun and basic Halloween Dessert or treat. Since we begin with a boxed cake blend, they meet up so rapidly. The marshmallow buttercream icing is SUPER delectable.

Summer has gone back and forth. I am too tragic that the kiddos are back to class and summer is presently behind us. I took a considerable amount of time with the kiddos and had family visit. It was an extraordinary summer however I miss the kiddos since they are gone throughout the day.

The majority of the saves been stacking up the racks with a wide range of fun Halloween treats. Our family truly appreciates Halloween, truly we will be breaking out all the outside stylistic layout this forthcoming end of the week. The children are too eager to include a couple of new designs this year. They are at the age that they truly like all the frightening beasts, apparitions, and such.

We constantly prefer to make fun Halloween treats and tidbits. I shared the Spider Cookies we made a week ago over on CincyShopper. They were a colossal hit. We were requiring some fun pastries for the children lunchboxes this week. Since cupcakes are so too straightforward, I chose we would make these very fun Marshmallow Ghost Cupcakes. They were overly simple thus too adorable.

Ingredients :

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake mix + box ingredients
  • 1 cup softened Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • Chocolate Chips or Gray/Black round cake decorations

Instructions :

  1. Prepare cupcakes according to box directions and allow to cool.
  2. Cream butter and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add in powdered sugar until incorporated.
  4. Fold in marshmallow creme.
  5. Transfer to piping bag with a round tip.
  6. Frost each cupcake and make eyes with mini chocolate chips and mouths with chocolate chips or use cake decorations.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
